Now I know tons of you probably know about Lush, but some people don't so let's ask the question:
Lush, what is it all about?
Lush is a handmade cosmetics company from England. They make and sell a variety of handmade products, including face masks, soaps, bath bombs, bubble bars, hand and body lotions and hair treatments.
I'm going to review all the lush products I own. I don't own that many but these I use. I don't have baths often or switch up my soaps a lot, so these are things I can use.
Products back to front, left to right: American Cream Conditioner (sample), The Joy of Jelly, Seanik Shampoo Bar, Cupcake Face Mask |
American Cream Conditioner: This is great, it smells a little funny but doesn't bother me that much, my hair usually gets really oily in the roots and I have dry tips, so I apply it to the tips of my hair and they feel so nice and not oily or anything, just really not dry and really soft.
The Joy of Jelly: This is fun soap! It's a jelly consistency which may be really funny. It smells really nice like jasmine. Although, it often slips out of my hand, and if you're not in the fun mood or can't be bothered, because it can get really time consuming and frustrating, what I like to do is get a loofah and rub the soap through the loofah, so much easier.
Seanik shampoo bar: Okay, this thing is AH-MAZING! Now, I use to use the Garnier Fructis Anti-Dandruff Shampoo for oily hair but it always made my hair super boring, dull, oily still and didn't even control my dandruff. But this is a miracle worker, it smells super great, like the sea, but in a good way, not salty or anything, but it's made from a lot of ingredients from the sea. It makes my hair shiny and soft, and I still have dandruff issues, I always will but it's still better than the Garnier and I just can't believe how soft and shiny it makes my hair, I know I said that already, but I looooove it!
Cupcake face mask: This smells super yum, I just want to eat it! It's specially made for Teenage problem skin, and works pretty well. Except because it's made of natural ingredients, which is great, but that means it has an expiry date of 2 weeks, and there are 4 uses in one of those tubs. So I would have to use it twice a week, and I can barely keep up with doing it once a week, but it does help my skin and makes my skin feel really nice, I just don't think I can keep up with it.
Disclaimer: I am in no way shape or form sponsored by Lush and these products were bought by Mum.
Upon your recommendation, I will try that cupcake face mask :)
